Versaweiss (created in 2008) is a duo consisting of visual artist Thanos Klonaris and sculptor Dimitris Bampoulis.
The team’s creative activity pivots on the need for a collective visual dialogue with social interpretations. Versaweiss references’ range from party life, contemporary visual culture, film and history of art. The duo is famous for his pop-psychedelic digital expression. Through their imagery the viewer is introduced to a parallel ‘reality’ with fresh reading of mental and emotional processes. Pleasure, sarcasm, hedonism and romance, is a leitmotif in their work.
